Sorry for my absence, keeping a roof over my head outweighed all other priorities. anyways...
Nugget- The Padres are off to their best start in ages.
Ya gotta love it, but there is a cloud, as in massive strike out totals. Good pitching can get ya there, but whiffing in the playoffs is certain doom.
Nugget- Shawne Merriman fires his agent.
Tom Condon is a money grubber- but i thought thats what an agent was supposed to do. Merriman is looking to stay in San Diego, he better get a few more sacks in 2010. Hell he could be gone next week...
Nugget- San Diego still has no chance at joining the NBA or NHL- just thought i would throw that in there....
Nugget- USD baseball rolls on. Rich Hill is the best manager ya never heard of...
